STEP 1 Initial Inquiry

Tell us about your situation and your immigration goals.

We will review your enquiry and, where necessary, request additional information to better understand your circumstances.

STEP 2 Initial Consultation Proposal

After reviewing your case, we will recommend the most appropriate form of consultation.

For most cases, we offer a written immigration assessment by email.

Typical consultation fees:

JPY 30,000 – Complex cases

JPY 20,000 – Standard cases

STEP 3 Consultation Agreement & Payment

Before work begins, we will provide an Initial Consultation Agreement outlining the scope of the consultation, the applicable fee, and our terms of service.

Once the Agreement has been accepted and payment has been received, we will commence the consultation.

STEP 4 Written Immigration Assessment

You will receive a comprehensive written assessment that includes:

• Realistic immigration options
• Legal issues and potential risks
• Our professional recommendations
• Practical next steps

STEP 5 Representation Proposal

If you decide to proceed and we believe your case has reasonable prospects of success,

we will provide:

  • a quotation for professional services;
  • an Immigration Retainer Agreement; and
  • the proposed application strategy.

There is no obligation to retain our office following the initial consultation.

STEP 6 Immigration Application

Once the Retainer Agreement has been accepted and payment has been received, we begin preparing your immigration application.

Our services may include:

  • preparing the required application forms;
  • reviewing supporting documents;
  • drafting legal explanations where appropriate;
  • submitting the application to the Immigration Services Agency; and
  • providing ongoing support until a decision has been made.
